How our buoys are made

All buoys start as a 6 or 8 foot cedar pole.

They are then cut into "blanks" and allowed to dry.

The "blanks" are then cut into the shape of a buoy and allowed to dry a bit more.

Tails are then inserted to the buoys.

The buoys are then primed white and ready to design and paint.
