Maine Wooden Buoys started out as something to do on weekends.  Little did we know that it would turn into a small Maine business owned by James and Kimberly Richards.

James is a full time Maine lobsterman and Kimberly works full time on the buoys.

We are located along the mid coast of Maine is the small fishing village of Friendship.  When not working on buoys, we like to garden, go on day trips and go hunting.  

We have 2 sons and 2 granddaughters.  We also have 2 coyote hounds and 5 cats.
